Have u ever encounter the bad services from those stupid hotline from those so called amazing big companies?

I never understand why such a big company wants to spend so much labour cost to hire someone who maybe don't even have a brain!
What for having a hotline friendly services while the services given are such a shit?!!!

I can't believe Dell transfrer my call from one department to another department, from country to country. End up i spoke to 7 different receptionist within an hour!!! How amazing man?! Yet!!!!! Nothing was done!! Gosh!

Because of the stupid services they have provided... Because of the loyalty program they are concerning at... Because of the 'good' reputation they want to maintain...
They have to then compensate the unsatisfied customers. Thus, production cost increase and reputation still decreaase. What a lose - lose situation they have put themself in.

Now! I just want my laptop with the CORRECT version I want! Damn!! Those wonderful receptionists are capable of screwing my day!!!
